A Pythagorean cubic fuzzy methodology based on TOPSIS and TODIM methods and its application to software selection problem

Software selection process for many organizations is a challenging task to conduct their business activities and sustain competitiveness. This paper develops new hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method select the most efficient vendor-supplied software package which used in all planning or designing, organizing, supervising functions by operations management of fuel oil company operated Turkey. The proposed hybridization two well-known MCDM approaches, namely TODIM (an acronym Portuguese interactive decision making) TOPSIS (technique order preference similarity an ideal solution) using Pythagorean cubic fuzzy sets manage uncertainty, subjectivity bias makers. To prove efficiency applicability method, real-life application best conducted. Finally, sensitivity comparison analyses are carried out verify validity stability results obtained approach.
